Question - What areas do you serve?

We currently service the following cities, although we will occasionally make exceptions:

Greensboro, High Point, Pleasant Garden, Summerfield, Oak Ridge, Asheboro, Julian, Liberty, Whitsett, Archdale, Randleman, Sophia, Gibsonville, & Burlington

Question - What method of carpet cleaning do you offer?

Our primary method of cleaning is Hot Water Extraction or Steam cleaning. We also offer Low Moisture Cleaning upon request.

Question - Do you charge extra for spot or stain removal?

No, our prices include most spot or stain removal, however red stains and/or excessive paint stains may require more attention and thus we do charge extra for those.

Question - Do you have pictures and videos of your work we can see?

Yes! We have 3 avenues to see our work that is updated regularly. Facebook, Instagram, & YouTube. At the top of this website page you can find links to each.

Question - Is your company insured?

Yes we are fully insured. Our technicians are also certified thru the IICRC the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification.

Question - Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely! If you are not 100% satisfied we will come back and address the issue and if that does not resolve it, we will refund your money.

Question - Do you use a Truckmount or Portable?

We use a Truckmount. Our System is a Judson TNT with a 45 blower and a 4HT Little Giant Heater capable of heating temps of 250 degrees.
