Seth and Ashton cleaned my carpets today. I had several rooms with stains from my grands over the last few years. I have had other carpet cleaners try to remove them, with only partial success. Seth was able to get them clean again using a series of treatments. BTW, MK uses a steam cleaning method, whereas in the past, the other carpet cleaners used the "low moisture" method. My carpets took a few more hours to dry, but they are far cleaner (especially stains) than I have ever had them...well worth the extra dry time. All in all, MK was professional, fast, and very skilled. I highly recommend using them.
